Chicken & Broccoli Bake

This Keto Chicken & Broccoli Bake is absolutely desirable. It is loaded with cheesy creaminess that makes you wanting more. 

I love all of the flavors that this dish brings and it is so easy to throw together and also keto-friendly! 

I like to serve this with a salad and call it a night!

Depending on how much broccoli and chicken you actually end up putting in the casserole depends on if you will need to add more cream cheese and mayo. 

The first time I made this I had to add more cream cheese to make enough sauce for my chicken and broccoli. 

Instructions:

To your skilled, add your cut up chicken and cook until it is completely cooked through. 

Add your cheddar cheese, mayo and cream cheese to a medium mixing bowl. 

Next, add all of your seasoning and give a good stir. 

Once it is completely stirred through add your cooked chicken and your steamed broccoli.

Give everything a good stir. 

Add everything to your 9×13 casserole dish and push down so that it is all even.

Spinkle the remaining cheese and all of the parmesan cheese on top.

Cook in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes, or until the cheese has completely melted.

Enjoy.

Keto Chicken & Broccoli Bake

  • 9x13 Casserole Dish
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Breast
  • 6 Cup Steamed Broccoli
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Mayo
  • 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Dice up your chicken and cook until it is cooked all the way through. At the same time cut up your fresh broccoli (if you are using a frozen bag of Broccoli omit this step but just make sure your broccoli is thawed) and steam it or put it in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes.
  • Once your broccoli and chicken are done cooking, put them both off to the side.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add your cream cheese, mayo, seasonings, 1/2 of your cheddar cheese and give a good mix.
  • Add your chicken and Broccoli and stir until completely combined.
  • Add your mixture to a 9x13 Casserole Dish
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese and parmesan cheese on top.
  • Cook in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes, or until cheese has melted through.
  • Enjoy!

You can always add more cream cheese and mayo to your mixture to make sure the dish is creamy enough.
