Keto Soups!

When it comes to keto, I can definitely get in a rut of what to make that is on plan. Soups are often overlooked, but are actually very filling and extremely delicious! Here is a list of some soups to get you started this week!

Tools Needed:

 

Chicken Crack is another favorite of ours that also goes in the crockpot. This makes great sandwiches and I love to pair this with a salad. 

Ingredients: 

2 Pounds Chicken Breasts

1 (8 oz.) Block of Cream Cheese

1 Cup of Bacon Crumbles

1 oz. Ranch Seasoning Mix

1 Cup Shredded Cheese (I like to use cheddar)

What’s better than traditional broccoli and cheddar soup? This keto version is not much different than the carby one and it tastes divine!

Ingredients: 

1 Tablespoon Butter

3 Cloves of Garlic, minced

1/2 Cup chopped onion

4 Cups broccoli florets

4 Cups of chicken broth

1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream

1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

3 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2 Teaspoon Xanthum Gum

Marry Me Chicken Soup is filled with so many different wonderful flavors and ingredients, and it all blends together so well. Such an amazing recipe!

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 Pounds of Chicken Breasts

1 Cup Chicken Broth

3 oz. Sun-Dried Tomatoes

1 1/2 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream

1 small onion

1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

4 Cups Fresh Spinach or 1 Cup of Frozen

1 Tsp. Salt

1 Tsp. Paprika

1 Tsp. Onion Powder

1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper

4 Cloves of Garlic

2 Tablespoons of butter

2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

 

Cheeseburger Soup

This is a keto meal galore! Every bite was so creamy and full of meat and SO much flavor. You will want to put this on your weekly meal plan. 

Ingredients: 

1 lb. Ground Beef

4 Slices of Bacon

8 oz. Cream Cheese

1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste

2 Cups Beef Broth

2 Tbsp. Butter

1 Tbsp. Mustard

6 oz. Cheddar Cheese

1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/4 Tsp. Smoked Paprika

1/4 Tsp. Salt

1/4 Tsp. Pepper

This white chicken chili is loaded in tons of flavor. It has a very rich and creamy texture to it, which makes it very filling. You can add beans to it (it’s hard to call it a chili without the beans) and it will only add an extra 4 carbs per serving to your meal. 

Total carbs is 4 Carbs per serving

Ingredients: 

1 Cup of Diced Onion

2 (4 oz) Cans of Green Onion

2 Cloves of Garlic

4 Cups of Chicken Broth

1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

8 oz. Cream  Cheese

2 Cups Shredded Cheese

1 Cup Mexican Cheese

1 Tsp. Cumin

1 Tsp. Oregano

1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper

1/2 Tsp. Salt

1/8 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
