In a large bowl you will need to add your potatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese and salt & Pepper.Â
To your casserole dish add your potato mixture along and top with your cornflakes. Drizzle the butter right on top.Â
Bake in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes.Â
